Ephod Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Ephod app ("the App") handles your information.
Information we collect and why
- To run your account and the game: sign-in account identifier, email (depending on sign-in method), nickname, user ID, game records, coin and item records, and purchases.
- To understand how the App is used and improve it: screens viewed and buttons tapped, session times, gameplay records, device information (manufacturer and model, operating system, app version, network type, language, time zone), a random identifier for each installation, and your country derived from your IP address. We do not store your IP address in these analytics records.
- To fix errors: device and app state when an error occurs.
- To send notifications (if you allow them): push token, notification permission status, and whether you opened a notification.
- To show ads: advertising ID (if permitted) and device information.
How long we keep it
- Account and game data: until you delete your account.
- Usage analytics data: 25 months from collection.
- Purchase records: as required by law.
Service providers
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law. We use the following providers to operate the App, and some process data outside your country: Amazon Web Services (servers, Korea), Cloudflare (usage analytics storage), Google Firebase and AdMob (sign-in, notifications, app analytics, ads), Sentry (error reports), Mixpanel (usage analytics), RevenueCat (in-app purchases), and ad networks (Unity, AppLovin, ironSource, Meta, Pangle, Liftoff, InMobi, Moloco, DT Exchange).
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, or delete your account in the App. You can turn off notifications in your device or App settings, and limit ad tracking in your device settings.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
